Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our stylists time, we now require 24 hours notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. any appointment cancellation or change that is less than 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service booked. A credit card will be required to secure booking.

Cancellations and appointment changes must be done by calling the salon.

Covid-19 Employee and Guest Safety

Here at Malstrom Salon our team is putting our guests safety first. We have taken extra precautions to ensure the safety of everyone in the salon such as;

-Disinfecting and cleaning throughout the day, making sure all areas of the salon are as safe as possible

-Requiring all guests and employees to wear a face mask

-All guests must be symptom free

-If a guest has been experiencing symptoms, we ask you to call 801-537-5313 to cancel or reschedule your appointment

-All employees will have their temperatures checked multiple times a day

We will also be limiting the number of guests in the salon for the foreseeable future in order to maintain proper social distancing. 

Operations at Malstrom Salon will appear different, but we promise to continue the outstanding service and expertise our guests have come to know for the past 22 years.
